Being a Friend to Camp Salmen Nature Park

The Friends of Camp Salmen Nature Park are a group of folks committed to making the park the best it can be. Using their individual talents, the Friends help to link Park with community to promote nature education and appreciation; to study and preserve local ecology; to promote awareness of St. Tammany history from Native American settlement to the more recent Scout history; and to encourage respectful use and enjoyment of the park by both local residents and visitors.
