FOCSNP Banner Instructions

This is a second improved version from the 1st one. Here are the improvements:

1) Use a larger diameter PVC pipe.

2) Shorten the legs from the frame to the bottom support sections. Far less stress in windy conditions.

3) The verticle frame section is screwed into the bottom section. Do not screw in tight, just a little firm.

4) Use if bungi cord fastners to hold the frame together using the banner. It is quick and easy securning the banner to the frame using the supplied tool.

5) The long frame PVC pipe have reduced diameter ends. The reduced ends allows easier insetion and removal from the elbos and t sections.

Assembly Instructions

1) Attach the verticle section to the horizonal section. Do both.

2) Inset long sections into the coressponding elbo and T connectors. May reuire two people to hole togehter the frame until the bungi cord seccured the banner to the frame.

3) Using the bungi tool, attach the banner to the frame.
